Where can I the brow forms?
DOES IT HURT?
Most people consider having eyelash extension application to be very relaxing experience. People who are more sensitive may experience mild eye irritation and redness. Any irritation should resolve within a few minutes after application. If any intense burning, stinging or itching occurs during application the client should notify the lash tech IMMEDIATELY. To avoid any potential allergic response we recommend all of clients get a patch test prior to day of service.
HOW LONG DO EYE LASH EXTENSIONS LAST?
For most people they will require a fill every 2-3 weeks. This time may be longer or shorter based on how well you care for your lashes and your lashes natural growth rate. Please see our after care page for more information on caring for your lashes.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HAVE THEM APPLIED
The amount of time necessary for application varies according to service, and the amount and quality of the clients natural lashes. The average time is about 3 hours. The amount of time for any particular service can be found on booking page in the service description.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Each client should arrive with clean, makeup free lashes. We also ask our clients to remove any contacts lenses prior to service and make the lash tech aware of any allergies you may have. We recommend that each client have a patch test done prior to service to check for any potential allergies or intolerance to products used during the application process. This can be done prior to appointment or during the first 15 minutes of the clients service. If the client chooses to have a patch test done on the day of service the patch test will be considered part of the clients service time.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
A client may cancel his or her appointment up until 24 hour prior to service time. Any cancellation after 24 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit regardless of the reason for cancellation. Each client is allowed 1 and ONLY 1 cancellation after 24 hour without deposit penalty. Any future appointment cancellation after 24 hour deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit and the client will be charged the appropriate deposit fee.
HOW DO I REMOVE THE LASHES?
Lash extensions are applied with specialized glue and therefore must be removed by a certified lash tech or be allowed to grow out and fall off when the natural lash sheds. Any attempt to remove extension by means other than those listed above may result in injury to the eye or loss of natural lashes. I.C.U. Lash Lounge is not responsible for any injury or eye damage caused by forcible removal or improper care by the client.
